Consultancy

Recruitment - interim and executive

Coaching and mentoring
As a practice, we are committed to helping organisations to change. We believe that real change is delivered and sustained by individuals changing, and that coaching is an important and cost-effective tool in releasing potential.

Training and facilitation
The public sector, central and local government, and the housing sector are Campbell Tickell’s central areas of expertise and activity. Our teams have considerable experience in working with Board members helping them focus (or re-focus) their organisation’s values and mission, and encouraging consideration of how beneficial and effective a common sense of purpose cascaded through their organisation can be.
Sometimes this can involve delivering training, other times providing facilitation for high-level meetings or supporting self-assessment and appraisal processes.
