Code of Service Delivery and Accountability - under development for the National Housing Federation by Campbell Tickell. The latest draft of the Code is available for download and comment. The aim of the Code is to inspire housing associations to excel, so they deliver their best for tenants, residents and the wider community. It is being developed following consultations with tenants and responses to an online questionnaire. The Federation is now seeking further feedback from members and tenants. The final version of the Code will be published on 29 January 2009.

Finding support and guidance - published by the Housing Corporation in June 2008, this hyperlinked PDF leaflet brings together a range of sources of support and guidance identified as useful by organisations providing housing. It was prepared by Steve Ongeri, Radojka Miljevic and Holly Holder of Campbell Tickell.

Access to Housing: Information sharing protocol - written for the Housing Corporation by Campbell Tickell. The document sets out a national standard protocol on sharing information about applicants for re-housing. It was produced following consultation with the Communities and Local Government Department, the Department of Health, the Housing Corporation, the Local Government Association, London Councils, the National Housing Federation, local authorities and housing associations

Trustee Standards in Practice - a guide for smaller organisations - by Radojka Miljevic of Campbell Tickell. This online guide about the National Occupational Standards for Trustees and Management Committee Members provides practical advice on different approaches to applying the Standards and how to use them to get the most from boards.

Better services for all - a report researching the reasons behind Black and Minority Ethnic tenants appearing to be less satisfied than White British tenants. Includes an ‘Ideas and Resources' toolkit to help social landlords provide better services for all residents. Researched and written by Campbell Tickell for a consortium of London-based housing associations. Published November 2006.

With the best of intentions - Learning from problem cases [3] - report for the Housing Corporation by Campbell Tickell, published July 2006. The report analyses 19 failing housing associations and the reasons for their failure: "Leading up to the problems, we see lack of Board control, Board inexperience and lack of awareness of the organisation's real position. Complacency, often driven by lack of Board renewal, plays a strong part. Failure to challenge the decisions of the executive team is another frequent feature - whether because relationships have become too cosy, or because the expertise and confidence to do so is lacking."
