Solihull, West Midlands

Closing: Monday 25 September 2017 at 12 noon

We have two new exciting opportunities to join an executive management team, who are at the heart of delivering a new strategic vision for housing, wellbeing and place across Solihull.

You can find out details of the other role – Head of Housing & Communities -  on the Campbell Tickell website (

We operate in a vibrant region, with a strong sense of community and a diverse population profile. In the current environment, as for all social housing providers, there are of course challenges. But in Solihull we also have plans and resources to make the most of opportunities to provide homes; improve wellbeing; and strengthen communities.

You will have a senior track record in a relevant field of expertise. But you will also be able to demonstrate an approach that challenges existing thinking, bringing commerciality and creativity to how we view problems and find solutions, and an inclusive leadership style that will inspire our fantastic staff team. With a commitment to working with our partner Council and residents, you will appreciate how important relationship management is in this people-centred business.

This is a forward looking proactive role, with lots of variety, at the heart of delivering support services to our frontline. You will be taking the lead in areas such as our contact centre, the collection and use of customer insight/data, our performance management system, and policy development. You will also be responsible for HR and IT support, delivered by our Council partner.

Please contact Mark Glinwood at Campbell Tickell on 07944 411 484 or 020 3434 0990.
