ABOUT THE ROLE

Catalyst Housing is an ambitious and forward thinking organisation, operating in a progressive environment. We are a major developing Housing Association, which remains committed to its social roots and values.

This newly created post, reporting direct to the Chief Executive, is a key leadership role with impact and influence across the whole business. The role will ensure that statutory, regulatory and governance requirements are met across the Group – but the breadth of the role goes well beyond compliance. Working closely with the Executive team you will also work collaboratively to ensure the delivery of the Catalyst vision and strategic objectives.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is ICSA/Legally qualified or equivalent, who is committed to ensuring compliance, but sees the bigger picture in meeting business needs, who has strong leadership skills, and the gravitas, drive and enthusiasm to take others with you.

For further information call Denise Kirkham, at Campbell Tickell on 07833 475 669 or 020 3434 0990.
