Providing homes (rented and shared ownership) to over 2k retired clergy, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible service within the financial constraints we have, and are always seeking new and better ways to do that.  Our housing stock is nationwide, each property is unique and each customer individual.  We are in the midst of a radical and fundamental programme of change - with more to come - and are seeking two housing professionals who will use their expertise to guide and challenge us.

You will have excellent strategic thinking and change management skills with an understanding of good governance. We are particularly interested in people with asset management expertise, and those who have an in-depth understanding of the needs of older people and how excellent systems and information management can support the provision of services to them. You do not have to have any connection with the Church of England – just a real commitment to our work of housing retired clergy. These are voluntary roles as a co-optee to the housing sub-committee of the Board.

If you have the skills we are looking for and an interest in our work, please talk to our consultant at Campbell Tickell: Mary Hope on 0203 434 0990.
