Paradigm – Chair of Audit & Risk Committee

At Paradigm we are in the business of increasing affordable housing supply. Too many people continue to be priced out of the rental and home ownership markets. This Board role enables you to be right at the heart of our strategic decision making – to ensure that we can continue to deliver that important objective.

Location(s): Buckinghamshire
Job Type: Non-Executive
Closing date: June 04 2018
Salary: £10,500

About the role

Our new Chair of Audit & Risk will be leading a skilled committee, corralling their contributions to ensure that our approach to business assurance is robust but also enabling us to position risk as an opportunity and not simply aversion. With exceptional chairing skills, you will be comfortable in taking on the challenge of whole committee leadership, as well as appreciating the clarity and nuance of managing stakeholder and executive/non-executive relationships.

With a strong track record in corporate financial management, gained in a substantial organisation, that strategic insight will also be backed by a finance qualification.

What we do at Paradigm matters. The provision of safe and secure housing has the power to change lives and life chances.
